Total project value: 361 621,80 BGN. The common objective of the project is about achieving sustainable growth and improving the competitiveness of the cluster and its members thanks to the support for developing and strengthening its administrative and managerial capacity, developing innovative services, establishing and expanding the market positions, attracting new cluster members. Specific objectives: - Establishing cluster’s administrative unit and developing its human resources with the exchange of international good practices and accumulation of practical experience; - Improving the value added tax effect and decreasing the administrative burden on the cluster members; - Developing sustainable market of consulting business services with investments in various marketing analyses, development strategies and awareness events; - Establishing and developing the cluster operations and the operations of its members with the joint investments in a common innovative service that is in conformity with all latest market requirements thus optimizing the time and financial resource of the clients. - Establishing and maintaining active channels for distribution, communication and good practices’ exchange between the members, the prospective clients and all stakeholders. Project activities - “Establishment and resource procurement of the administrative unit” – developing the administrative capacity for managing and performing the activities related to the cluster management; - “Good practices’ exchange for the administrative body” – improving the competences in the field of clusters’ management, good practices’ exchange; new markets; - “Visualization” – information board for noting the financial contribution of the Community; Multiplying effect; - “Design and elaboration of information materials” – popularizing cluster’s trademark (logo); popularizing activities and services; - “Design, elaboration and integration of association’s webpage” – establishing open communication channels; new members and clients at international level, attracting investments; popularizing the innovative common cluster service – “COIA” (complex outsourcing indirect actions)”; - “Organization of 2 seminars for expansion and development” – popularizing activities and services; new members and clients of services at national level; - “Performance of marketing research” – receiving reliable information about the markets in Bulgaria and EU; identified measures for the supply optimization; - “Elaboration of marketing strategy” – marketing strategy for rendering the services and achieving sustainable development; - “Elaboration of Common development strategy for the cluster” – sustainable development after finalizing the project activities; clear vision with assigned roles; - “Control, management and reporting” – internal audit and transparent project management; feedback.
